Citrus County Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the 20th annual Kids Fishing Clinic, an event that has become highly anticipated by the community. Over the years, the event has grown in popularity and has become a great opportunity for children to learn about fishing while having fun in the great outdoors.
The event aims to encourage children to engage in outdoor activities and educate them on the importance of Florida's coastal ecosystems. Various stations are set up so that kids and their parents can learn about the different types of fish that inhabit saltwater environments, as well as fishing regulations and safe casting techniques.
