Stage West is a amateur theater company operatng as Hernando County Florida’s oldest community theater. For 40 years Stage West has provided the residents of Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus counties quality theatrical entertainment and an affordable price.
Our Main Stage production portfolio over the years is an impressive display of some of the best known and most beloved shows of all time. From The King and I, Camelot, and 1776, to A Few Good Men, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, and The Odd Couple, Stage West has proven to be a staple in the Tampa Bay area.
In addition to our Main Stage we also offer our Forum stage, an intimate 150 seat theater where we bring the very best theater has to offer. Sometimes avant garde like A Company of Wayward Saints, sometimes controversial like Doubt, or beloved classics such as To Kill a Mockingbird or On Golden Pond, but always an unforgettable experience.
