Intro Acrylic: Learning to be Free with Abstraction
Explore expressive mark making, limited color palettes, textures and patterns, color layering, and stencils to create an underwater abstract painting on paper with fish. The water flow allows us the freedom to show the feeling of the water, rather than a realistic representation, and that means we can have fun and experiment. Once done, you can leave it large or crop it into smaller paintings.
Children are welcome in classes, accompanied by their parent. Some classes are a touch more advanced than others and that needs to be taken into consideration.
We strive for our gallery to be a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, race, color, physical or mental abilities (including artistic abilities). We provide a positive, encouraging and creative space for everyone to come and enjoy the art!
