DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:This course begins at Ridge Manor Trail Head at exit 301 off of 75.  On thi
 s flat and fast route, enjoy the beautiful scenery and it will keep you mot
 ivated. The course is open to mother nature but closed entirely to motor ve
 hicles.  There will be three Hydration Stations throughout the course.\nAll
  runners that have completed three years in a row will receive a commemorat
 ive medal and other awards at the finish line.  Trophies will be given to t
 he Overall Female and Male placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  Winners of the age di
 vision will be presented trophies for their awards. \nAge Group Awards:  9 
 and under,10-19 20-29, 30-39... all the way up to 80+ (10 deep for less tha
 n 300 runners)\n \n \n \nTHE RACE IS WALKER AND WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY (only 5
 k and 10k-you can't walk the marathon or half marathon course)\nWE HAVE  6 
 HOUR TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE MARATHON (you can't walk the whole course)\
