 based on the skill and experience levels of the participants. <br /><br />C
 hinsegut will provide all equipment. No outside equipment is allowed. All a
 ges 8+ are invited to participate in this session. Children who participate
  must have a parent or guardian present. Parents/guardians may be asked to 
 assist their children. Limited spots are available and advanced registratio
 n is required.<br /><br />Please only register those who plan to participat
 e. For example, if you are a parent or guardian of a child who wishes to pa
 rticipate, but you yourself do not want to participate, please only registe
 r the child with your contact information.<br />It's recommended that parti
 cipants wear close-toed shoes and bring water to stay hydrated. We will hav
 e a cooler with ice cold water that can be used to refill water bottles.<br
