 lining. Do you want to help? If so, join the Chinsegut Conservation Center 
 FrogWatch Chapter (FL Frog Hoppers) and become a participatory scientist! A
 s a participatory scientist you will have the opportunity to explore your l
 ocal wetlands, learn to identify local frogs and toads by their calls, and 
 contribute data to a long-term scientific study. FrogWatch is a great way t
 o learn about the animals in your backyard and help scientists learn more a
 bout them too!<br />Join us for this free training session! (Kids 8+ are we
 lcome to join with an adult). We will go through a detailed PowerPoint abou
 t the frogs and toads of our area, followed by a hike down to May's Prairie
  to listen and identify local frogs in the wild.<br />Monitoring through Fr
 ogWatch USA can be an enriching experience that allows individuals to conne
 ct with nature while contributing to amphibian conservation efforts.<br /><
 br />This is a training session for you to be a FrogWatch volunteer. As a v
 olunteer, you will be expected to monitor a wetland area near you at least 
 once a month (for 5-10 minutes), and to input the data you record at your s
