SUMMARY:The Poetry of Water at Rainbow Springs Art in Dunnellon
LOCATION:20826 Walnut Street, Dunnellon, FL 34431
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The Poetry of Water – Photographing Movement and Reflection in Nature\nWate
r is one of the most expressive elements in nature. It can appear soft and
dreamy, powerful and dynamic, or reflective like a mirror. In this two-hour
outdoor photography workshop held in Rainbow Springs State Park, participa
nts will learn how to capture the beauty and movement of water and transfor
m it into poetic visual art.\n\nStudents will explore techniques for photog
raphing flowing water, reflections, and abstract patterns created by light
and movement. We will practice how small adjustments in shutter speed, comp
osition, and light can dramatically change the mood of a photograph—from si
lky flowing waterfalls to intricate ripple patterns and luminous reflection
s.\nThis class is beginner-friendly and open to anyone interested in nature
photography. Cameras and smartphones are both welcome.\nParticipants are e
ncouraged to bring a tripod if they have one, and a circular polarizing or
ND filter if available.\nChildren are welcome in classes, accompanied by th
eir parent. Some classes are a touch more advanced than others and that nee
ds to be taken into consideration.\nInstructor: Zsuzsanna Luciano
