ating our return after last year’s hurricane cancelation.
The festival
takes place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 and Sunday October 19.
The
food in the beach side city park begins both days at 10 am until sold out.<
br />The Art & Crafts fair runs from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am un
til 4 pm on Sunday.
Renowned for its delectable seafood offering
s, vibrant arts and crafts scene, and lively live music performances, the C
edar Key Seafood Festival promises visitors an unforgettable weekend full o
f fun and flavors.
Organized by the Cedar Key Lions Club, this milesto
ne 54th festival commemorates over a half century of indulging festival-goe
rs with a delightful array of locally prepared seafood, art & crafts shoppi
ng, and fun family-friendly activities.
At the heart of the festival,
the beach side City Park will be transformed into a culinary haven, featuri
ng an enticing assortment of fresh locally prepared seafood dishes as well
as landlubber offerings. Festival-goers can relish in the flavors of the Gu
lf as they explore the diverse array of mouthwatering options.
2nd Str
eet will come alive with 100 arts and crafts exhibitors, offering unique an
d handmade treasures.
Beyond the weekend’s culinary delights and
shopping, Saturday’s 11am fun filled Seafood Festival parade showcases a f
lotilla of decorated bikes, golf carts, floats, boats and marchers, honorin
g the area’s rich fishing heritage.
Adding to the festive atmosphere,
free live music performed by local musicians will resonate in City Park, pr
oviding a delightful soundtrack to the festivities.
The spirit of cele
bration extends throughout the town, where local restaurants and lounges wi
ll welcome visitors with fine dining, refreshing drinks, and additional ent
ertainment options during the day and evening.
