Reiki can be a fantastic skill for kids, promoting confidence and wellness by giving them a tool to care for themselves and others. By introducing children to Reiki, they develop mindfulness, compassion, and resilience from a young age. It also fosters a deeper connection with oneself and others, increasing empathy and understanding. This class is for children 9-14 years old.
Class includes:
Handbook, certificate, pendulum and every other month practice.
It is important that a child wants to learn Reiki before being enrolled in a class.
