Camp Wewa Summer Day Camp

Our Day camp program offers a safe and supportive environment where campers can develop new skills, make lasting friendships, and gain self-confidence. Camp Wewa is an outdoor based camp that strives to offer a diverse range of activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and leadership.

This summer campers can look forward to the following activities:
Sports Games
Swimming in our jr. sized Olympic pool
Rock Climbing on Goliath the 40-foot-tall climbing tower
Kayaking and Canoeing at the lake
Archery Range
Arts & Crafts
Nature Activities
Low ropes/team building
Learning to Fish

There will be no camp on July 3, 2026 in observance of Independence Day.

Weekly Camp Rates-
City of Apopka Residents: $175 per week
Non-City Residents: $225 per week
Please Note: Week 5 is prorated.

Field Trips-
Offsite field trips will take place weekly to various locations across Central Florida, the price for field trips is included in your camp payment.
Campers will be transported via bus, please note that some trips will arrive back to camp late.
Each camper will receive one field trip shirt.
All field trip information pertaining to your camper will be in a pre-camp email sent one week prior to your registered week.
All trips and dates are subject to change. Campers must arrive by 9 AM in Field Trip Shirt.
