Hernando County YMCA School Age Programs
2026 Summer Camp program runs 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday, June 1st-August 6th.

Note: No camp on Thursday, August 6th and Friday, August 7th. Early and late supervision is available starting at 6:30am and ending at 6pm at no extra charge

CAMP CAPER, REWIND, WEST, EXTRAORDINARY:
Campers will experience a summer full of fun and adventure! While school may be out, learning, growth, and excitement continue through enriching indoor and outdoor activities. Camp is the perfect place for children to build friendships, discover talents, and grow in confidence. Campers must have already completed kindergarten and be potty trained.

Ages: 5-12
Cost/Week: Members $120

Camp Extraordinary: Challenger K-8

CAMP EAST:
Camp East Campers will experience a summer full of fun and adventure! While school may be out, learning, growth, and excitement continue through enriching indoor and outdoor activities. CAMP WILDERNESS:
Wilderness Camp offers a fun, engaging experience from activities like bug hunts and nature walks, arts and crafts (painting and drama), frisbee, sports (outdoor games), dancing and daily swimming (weather permitted). Campers must have already completed kindergarten and be potty trained.

Half Day Camps-
Dive into the ultimate summer experience! Our Half-Day Summer Program is packed with non-stop fun, hands-on learning, and exciting adventures. Participants will splash into swimming, play a variety of sports, whip up tasty creations, explore their creativity in art, build and program robots, go on thrilling field trips, and so much more. Every week will bring new challenges, new friends, and endless fun—because at the Y, every individual is a superstar explorer!
