Parents Night Out:
Enjoy a well-deserved night out while your children have a blast at the YMCA! Parents Night Out offers a safe, supervised environment filled with fun games, activities and opportunities to make new friends. Events vary by location, so every experience is unique.

Whether you'd like to fit in a workout, enjoy a date night, catch a movie, run errands, or simply relax at home, Parents Night Out offers a great opportunity for children to have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

PNO events are open to both YMCA members and non-members. Fees and activities vary by location and membership type. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited.

The Kids Zone and The Zone:
The Kids Zone provides safe, supervised, age appropriate activities for children 6 weeks to age 11. Branches also offer additional dedicated programming in The Zone for ages 7 and up during dedicated hours. Your child will be engaged in active play, art projects, reading and other activities. Both are included with membership. Children are welcome to play for up to 2 hours in the Kids Zone or The Zone.
