What is Ivory & Sage Homeschool?
Ivory & Sage Homeschool is a hands-on, family-centered program designed for those who believe in learning through doing. Rooted in history, sustainability, homesteading and traditional skills, it blends academics with practical, time-honored knowledge that fosters self-sufficiency, resilience and a deep respect for the land.

Are you a co-op, an enrichment program or a microschool?
A hybrid. Most of what we do is enrichment: hands-on classes, meet ups and community events, planned and run by our founder and usually set for certain ages. The Explorers Program sits closer to a microschool, because you enroll in it for the year rather than signing up for a single class.

Do I have to homeschool to join?
Most of our families homeschool, but our classes are enrichment and community you add to your week, not a full-time school. Plenty of families simply want a good, hands-on weekday outing.

Do you accept Step Up For Students funding?
Yes, for eligible programs. Florida scholarship amounts and eligibility change year to year, so check current details with the scholarship organization, then reach out and we will help you use it.
