Since its founding in 1981, Hernando Christian Academy exists as a non-profit, private, interdenominational Christian academy designed to provide a Biblical education in a loving and supportive environment. Hernando Christian Academy is known for its rigorous, high-quality Christian education equipping career and college-bound students seeking to glorify God through excellence in academics, athletics, and the fine arts.

A wide variety of learning experiences are available for students through textbooks, technology, and supplemental materials which are utilized by our faculty to meet the varied learning styles and academic levels and needs of students.

Our textbooks come from a variety of publishers, both Christian and secular, with our teachers providing Biblical integration teaching from a Christian worldview.
