The New Port Richey Public Library is proud to introduce its Mobile Library Branch, ELROY (Expanding Literacy & Reading Opportunities for You). Launching soon, this traveling library will deliver books, programs, and other resources directly to all areas of the city.
Serving as both a mobile library and an outreach vehicle, ELROY will make regular stops at schools, senior facilities, and other locations, ensuring that people of all ages have the opportunity to access library resources.
