Whispering Pines Park

Looking for a park with free admission and fun for the whole family? Whispering Pines Park is the place! Whispering Pines Park is 290-acre of natural beauty and wildlife and offers a variety of experiences for visitors. The park complex is nestled among pine and hardwood trees and yet is only a minute from the downtown area.

Along the perimeter there are walking, hiking and mountain bike trails that have recently been enhanced with additional signage. There is 18-hole disc golf.
Dog-friendly park with waste stations and plenty of great places to walk around. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
City of Inverness parks are pet friendly parks. All pets must be leashed, and there are pet friendly waste stations throughout our parks.
