As a Doula, I provide continuous, non-judgmental support for my clients during their pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I meet my clients wherever they are in their journey. Is your goal an unmedicated birth, think you might want a little help with pain relief, planning on that epidural, singleton or multiples, even cesarean birth...planned or not? I am there to support you and your partner in achieving the best possible birth for you.

I consider myself your "granola" Massage Therapist. My goal is to use the most natural and health improving products on your skin. I am a collector of education, continuously striving to improve and add to my craft. I listen to my clients and work with them to help provide the best results possible whether it be sheer relaxation, better function in their daily lives or pain relief.
