Citrus County Rural Health (CCRH) is a community-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit community health center committed to advancing health equity through compassionate, accessible, and affordable care. We serve individuals and families regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay, with a particular focus on communities that have historically faced barriers to healthcare.
Our outpatient services include primary care, behavioral health, preventive screenings, wellness education, and other programs designed to support the health of the whole person. We provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment where every patient is treated with dignity and respect.
Our work extends beyond the walls of our health centers. Through community partnerships, health education, and public health outreach, we help build healthier, stronger, and more resilient communities.
CCRH is governed by a patient-majority Board of Directors and maintains high standards of clinical quality, operational accountability, and financial stewardship. Compassion, inclusion, health equity, and social responsibility guide every aspect of our organization.
We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. CCRH is proud to be a trusted community partner dedicated to creating healthier lives and lasting well-being for all.
