Florida Health of Pasco County

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) has partnered with Premier Community HealthCare Group to provide dental services at the existing locations previously operated by DOH-Pasco.

Premier is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and brings a 42-year history of delivering accessible and affordable health care services in Pasco County.

The transition of dental services has opened opportunities for additional services and provides vital dental care, especially our underserved population. Those who wish to continue being seen at these locations will be able to seamlessly transition to Premier dental services. For individuals who choose to go elsewhere, DOH-Pasco will provide records to their new provider.

There are two locations:

37615 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Dade City, FL 33523

There is also a Smile Care-A-Van Mobile Dental Clinic serving Pasco County Title I Schools.
Premier partners with Pasco County School Board to provide preventive dental services for students in Title I schools in Pasco County. The dental bus travels to selected schools each year providing dental assessments, sealants, fluoride varnish and education for the students. In order for your child to be seen on the dental bus, dental consent forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Check with your school for dental forms.
