The only Hummus truck in the Tampa Bay area! Everyday we are in a different location! We serve Hummus and Falafel with a lot of toppings to choose from! Multiple Vegan and GF options of home made food with flavors that you will not forget!

Our mission is to bring authentic, time-honored recipes to the streets, making exceptional hummus, falafel, and more accessible to everyone.

Our kitchen on wheels is fully separated to accommodate a wide range of allergy and dietary needs. Our menu is largely plant-based and predominantly gluten-free, offering plenty of options for diverse preferences such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Nut free, Dairy free and gluten free.

They are available for catering/ work lunches, or we can vend right out of our food truck!
Platters available from 5 to 200 plus people.
