City of Inverness Rentals
The City of Inverness has many great locations to host your next event. Any and all organized events such as parties, reunions, weddings must obtain an event permit from the City of Inverness prior to the event.
Rentals available-
Whispering Pines Park Pavilion:
Located in the Family Center of the park close to the Splash pad, the playground, ballfields and trails.
Whispering Pines Green & Yellow Shade Structures:
Our shade structures are canopy-style, open-air gathering spaces located adjacent to the playground and splash pad. Designed for smaller groups, it accommodates approximately 24 guests and includes 4 picnic tables. Its convenient location makes it a great spot to relax while enjoying nearby park amenities, including the seasonal splash pad (open April through October), which remains open to the public during your reservation.
Whispering Pines Recreation Building:
Located in the front section of the park and is air conditioned/heated for convenience. The facility does not have a full kitchen however counter, sink and several electrical units can do the job. Tables and chairs are part of the rental facility.
Whispering Pines Aquatic Facility:
Located in the back section of the park and boast a 25-meter Junior Olympic size pool. Private pool rentals at Whispering Pines Park are available only during June, July, and August.
Depot Pavilion:
Located in the Depot District beside Liberty Park. The pavilion is available for large events and has the capacity for approximately 200 guests
