New Port Richey Public Library

The New Port Richey Public Library offers programs such as Story Time, kids yoga, finger painting, youth writing groups, and much more.
The library also hosts several events to work on languages- including English Next Level and Spanish for Beginners.

The New Port Richey Public Library is proud to introduce its Mobile Library Branch, ELROY (Expanding Literacy & Reading Opportunities for You). Launching soon, this traveling library will deliver books, programs, and other resources directly to all areas of the city.

Serving as both a mobile library and an outreach vehicle, ELROY will make regular stops at schools, senior facilities, and other locations, ensuring that people of all ages have the opportunity to access library resources.
From information fairs to community festivals, ELROY will be there—rolling out library resources and services wherever you are.
