Volunteer Opportunities-

Events & Community Support:
Event Setup & Guest Services-
Support event logistics including setup, ushering, guest assistance, and general event flow.

Marketing & Outreach:
Help distribute flyers, promote events, and engage with the community.

Reception & Administrative Support:
Assist with office tasks, guest reception, and staffing information booths.

Judging & Contest Support:
Participate as a judge or help manage contests and showcases during community events.

Parking & Traffic Control:
Help manage vehicle flow and direct attendees during large-scale events.

Parks & Recreation:
Park Beautification & Cleanup-
Assist with trash pickup, shoreline cleanup, and light landscaping to help keep our parks clean and inviting.

Trail & Green Space Maintenance:
Help maintain walking trails, public gardens, and green areas by clearing debris, weeding, and supporting routine upkeep.

Recreation Support:
Support city-led activities in public park spaces such as youth programs, outdoor games, and community gatherings.

Valerie Theatre-
Ushering & Guest Assistance:
Greet and seat guests, provide show information, and assist with audience services.

Box Office Support:
Help with ticketing and welcoming patrons before showtime.

Concessions:
Assist with snack and beverage sales during theatre events.

Technical & Production Support:
Support behind-the-scenes work including lighting, sound, video and stage setup (training or experience may be required).
