Pre-School Classes-
Tiny Sparks (Ages 1–3):
A Parent & Me class that is a playful introduction to movement, coordination, and confidence! In this parent-participation class, toddlers explore bouncing, balancing, and basic motor skills in a fun, safe environment with guided instruction and lots of high-fives.
Thunder Bugs (Ages 3–5):
Perfect for energetic preschoolers ready to jump, roll, and learn! This beginner-friendly class introduces basic trampoline and tumbling skills while developing body awareness, strength, and focus — all through games and creative movement.
School Age Classes-
Little Bolts (Ages 5–10):
This beginner-level class builds the foundation of trampoline and tumbling technique. Athletes learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe trampoline progressions while gaining strength, confidence, and discipline in a fun, supportive setting.
Lightning Strikes (Ages 10+):
Designed for older beginners or intermediate athletes, this class focuses on proper form, skill development, and increased conditioning. Students work on advanced basics like round-offs, back walkovers, and trampoline combos while preparing for possible competitive opportunities. (Younger athletes may be moved up after evaluation.)
Boys Only Tumbling & Trampoline (Ages 5+):
This class is designed especially for the high energy needs of boys. It focuses on the basics or trampoline and tumbling with safe progressions to bigger skills.
Specialty Classes-
Acro Tumbling (Ages 12+):
For cheerleaders and teens looking to stay active, build skills, or try something new! This class combines strength, flexibility, and technical drills tailored to individual goals — whether it’s learning new skills or training at a recreational level.
Martial Arts & tricks Tumbling (Ages 5+):
Designed for martial artist of all disciplines looking to learn acro elements, flexibility and power. This class focuses on proper form, skill development, and increased conditioning. Students will work on acro skills like cartwheels, shoulder rolls, and flips. They will also focus on active flexibility, balance and power.
