Come grow your swim skills at Watermelon Swim's year-round, indoor locations throughout Tampa Bay.

Every member of Team Melon is extensively trained, enthusiastic, and child-approved! Watermelon Swim is proud to employ the best swim instructors and customer service team in the Tampa Bay area.

Our instructors are certified in CPR, First Aid, Water Safety Instructor, and Lifeguard Training. Each member of Team Melon participates in continuing education training to stay current with the latest teaching trends and techniques.

We teach children and adults with both physical and mental disabilities the swimming, safety and survival skills they need to develop a love of the water. We get to know each swimmer’s unique learning style to determine if group or private classes are the best fit. And we know encouraging and challenging our students appropriately is key to their success, so we work with each student (and parents or guardians if applicable) to set attainable goals and achieve extraordinary results.

We require families to complete an application to determine eligibility for our Students with Disabilities Program. The application will help us get to know your student and ensure we are providing them the best possible lesson experience.
