A non-Competitive Dance Studio Emphasizing the Technical and Artistic Aspects of Dance: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Tumbling, and Pointe.
Acrobatics:
Flexibility, balance, muscle control, discipline, and concentration while incorporating basic tumbling skills.
Classes are divided into a tiered system based on age and advancement.
Strength/Conditioning:
Encourages an increase in flexibility, along with strengthening exercises focusing on the core. Pilates and yoga techniques are incorporated in the class. Participants must supply their own mat.
