
A non-Competitive Dance Studio emphasizing the technical and artistic aspects of dance: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Tumbling, and Pointe.
Acrobatics class:
Flexibility, balance, muscle control, discipline, and concentration while incorporating basic tumbling skills.
Classes are divided into a tiered system based on age and advancement.
Strength/Conditioning class:
Encourages an increase in flexibility, along with strengthening exercises focusing on the core. Pilates and yoga techniques are incorporated in the class. Participants must supply their own mat.
