Come get your flow on!
Hula hooping is a great workout for participants of all ages and levels. Not only does it tone your body, promote good health, and improve balance; it is known to release endorphins and bring you joy! This is a great introduction for those that are looking to dance, flow, tone their body, improve lung function, heart health and circulation. This class is low impact cardio.

This class will be offered in the studio weekly on Friday's from 5-6pm starting June 7th. Hoops provided, space is limited, please register in advance.
About the Instructor:
Since 2017, Janelle has been training in somatic movement, contemporary, modern and jazz funk, as well as flow arts which incorporates hula hoops, silk fans, illusionary props and fire dancing. She possesses a strong desire to help people attain their highest potential physically, emotionally, and spiritually through the art of movement. Janelle is currently training in aerial arts.
