Outdoor Cooking Class at Chinsegut Conservation Center

This program is offered by Not A Clue Adventures and includes multiple campfire-prepared dishes, including dessert, and a special opportunity to explore this wonderful location. Menu in the past has included Chicken and Yellow Rice, Baked Ziti, Swiss Steak, Cheesy Hamburger Mac, Roadkill Chicken, Cowboy Beans and more! Menu varies at each event. We will discuss multiple way to cook over the fire including stick cooking, pie iron, foil pack, Dutch Oven, cooking in natural containers.
