Youth Speech Contest at Pasco County Fair Association

The contest has three levels of competition: County, District and State. The winner of the County Contest competes in the District Contest and the the District winner then competes in the State Competition against against the other 8 District winners.
Competitors must be a resident of Pasco County.
For Juniors 11 to 13 and Seniors 14 to 17.
