Trick or Treat Downtown NPR is BACK!
Grab your ghouls, ghosts, and little goblins — it’s time to hit the streets of Downtown New Port Richey.
Downtown transforms into a magical Halloween playground with candy stops, music, costumes, and all the spooky-fun vibes. Streets close at 4 PM for a safe, walkable experience, and there’s free parking and a DART ride from the parking garage to the fun zone.
Bonus: It’s totally free and for the whole family.
