Join the engaging Tinkergarten program, where young kids and their grown-ups embark on a joyful journey of discovery! Classes last 60 minutes and include songs, movement, short stories, exploration, and purposeful play—all in the great outdoors. Here, there are no walls; nature is our classroom, and creatures are our teachers. Each lesson connects children to the natural world using mud, sticks, and endless curiosity!
Designed for child-led exploration, Tinkergarten empowers kids to lead the way while helping caregivers support their growth. Every session offers irresistible invitations to play, igniting curiosity and fostering experiential learning. Our curriculum focuses on building essential skills like attention, presence, and wonder, ensuring each child learns in a way that’s meaningful to them. 1-2-3—let’s play the Tinkergarten way!
Winter Tinkergarten: Persistence Season (Sundays)
Outdoor play classes following the Tinkergarten curriculum for young kids and their grown-up. Classes meet for 60-75 minutes, and families are guided through songs, movement, a short story, exploration and purposeful play. Each season, we help children to develop one of our 8 core skills kids need to become curious, capable learners who can contribute to their world.
About Winter Tinkergarten:
This Winter, we focus on persistence— the ability to stick with something, meet challenges, and push ahead in order to either reach our goals, learn, and grow. Each lesson is inspired by a different, persistent animal superhero. We’ll explore our outdoor classroom to notice and wonder what makes this season unique while practicing our own persistence during a usually colder season of fun, outdoor play!

Season Cost (4 classes): $100 per explorer (Sibling discount: $80 per registered sibling)
Sibling Sign-up: siblings of a full-priced enrolled child in the same household receive a discounted rate*
Ages: 2-10 years old (and their care-giver, age 18+)
