This is your chance to step into a paleontologist’s boots! Tweens and teens will create fossils, build mini dino ecosystems, and immerse themselves in the mysteries of the prehistoric era.
This program is intended for kids ages 10-13.
Weekly Schedule-
June 4: Fossil Formation
Fossils aren’t always easy to find, but they’re easy to make! Press small dinosaur figures, shells, and leaves into air-dry clay to create your own take-home fossil.
June 11: Reading Rocks!
Discover the world of rocks and minerals through stories and hands-on fun! Join us as we dig in and become geologists for a day!
June 18: Prehistoric Magnets
Preserve a prehistoric memento! Draw a dinosaur eye, mosquito, or another design of your choosing, then cover it with a clear glass gem to create a cool magnified effect. Add a magnet to showcase your creation for all to see!

July 9: Build a Dinosaur Terrarium
