
Fort Cooper BioBlitz is a hands-on community science program designed to engage participants of all ages in observing, identifying, and documenting the plants and animals found within the park.
This guided experience invites families, students, and nature enthusiasts to explore park trails and natural areas while learning basic species identification skills and observation techniques. Participants contribute meaningful biodiversity data while gaining a deeper understanding of how healthy ecosystems support wildlife, recreation, and conservation.
Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring water, bug spray and any necessities you will need. Parent supervision is required at all times during this event.
